5% Increase in Work Experience Places Available in 2013

The Graduate Market in 2013 reports that “over half (of top 100 graduate employers) stated that it was either ‘not very likely’ or ‘not at all likely’ that a graduate who’d had no previous work experience – either with their organisation or another employer – would be successful during their selection process and be made a job offer”

There are more than 11,300 places on offer to students and recent graduates from The Top 100 Graduate Employers.

Three-quarters of the graduate vacancies advertised this year by City investment banks and half the training contracts offered by the leading Law firms are likely to be filled by graduates who have already completed work experience with the employer.
